A bit about me
I grew up in Spain and moved here when I was six. Apart from university in the UK, I’ve lived here ever since, and I grew up speaking Spanish. Spain is home, so I came back.
I spent four years delivering UK marketing from Spain for a global consultancy, working on campaigns, email, events, white papers and ROI reporting alongside the sales team. I left because I wanted more flexibility and to work closely with the businesses I help, and in 2025 I started Cheska Jones Marketing.
Today I work as a marketing and operations consultant for founder-led businesses in Spain and the UK. That means strategy, campaigns, email, content, brand and website builds, and the day-to-day admin that keeps things moving. I’m not tied to one niche or one channel, so I can pick up whatever your business needs most.
I work with every client myself, with no account managers, and I take on a small number at a time so the work stays good.
How I work
It starts with a conversation. Before any work begins, we talk through your business and what's getting in the way. I'd rather understand how you work properly than start from a form, because that's how the marketing ends up sounding like you.
Then I plan the month. At the start of each month I send you a plan covering what's happening, what's coming up and what I need from you. You always know what I'm working on and why.
I keep things moving. I manage the timelines and flag problems early, so you never have to chase me. You can reach me directly on WhatsApp or email, and because it's the same person every month, we never start from scratch.
You see what the work did. At the end of each month you get a summary of what was done, and we go through it on our strategy call so the next month builds on the last.
