About Me
A bit about me
I grew up in Spain - moved here when I was six and, aside from leaving for university in the UK, I have been here ever since. Coming back was not a lifestyle decision. It is just home. I did not learn Spanish as a second language. I grew up speaking it.
Before I worked for myself I spent several years at an IT firm running their UK territory marketing from Spain. Simultaneous campaigns across multiple sectors - whitepapers, case studies, webinars, in-person events, email campaigns, launches. Working directly alongside the sales team, understanding how marketing feeds into a pipeline and what actually moves someone to a decision. I also travelled for events, which meant getting comfortable doing the work in different environments, on different timelines, with different teams.
It was good experience. What I could not get used to was everything around it - the lack of flexibility, the accounts you managed at arm's length, the feeling of being useful to a business you barely knew. I wanted to work with clients I could actually build something with. Where if the results are good, I know about it because I was there for all of it, not because it ended up in a report.
So I went out on my own.
I have never wanted to specialise in one niche and I still do not. Every client has a different business, different problems, different goals. That variety is the part of this work I enjoy most. I deal with every client directly - no account managers, no handoffs - which means I actually know the business and care about how it goes.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. Not because I have to.
Because it is the only way to do it properly.

How I work
I send a plan at the start of each month. You know what is happening, what is coming, and what I need from you.
You will not need to chase me. I manage the timelines and flag anything before it becomes a problem.
Before I start anything I spend time getting to know the business properly - not a form, a real conversation about how you work, who your clients are, and what actually needs to change.
Sound like what you need? Get in touch and tell me a bit about your business.
